Our state-of-the-art Research and Development laboratory and Pilot Plant Equipment allows us to provide extensive product analysis and development for a wide variety of industries. Our research and development laboratory and pilot plant equipment are designed to handle extensive product analysis and development, including spray drying, fluid bed coating, sieve analysis, liquid and dry particle analysis, crush testing, SEM, XRD, XRF, TGA, viscosity measurement and testing, solids testing, and colorimeter testing.

Our mobile minor scale spray dryer and 1.5-liter spray dryer are ideal for small-scale testing and development, while our static box furnace and rotary batch kilns are perfect for larger-scale batch processing. Our fluid bed coaters, including the 100N benchtop coating with a 1L capacity and the 15N development coating with a 15L capacity, are ideal for coating granules, powders, and particles of various sizes.

We also provide various testing services, such as sub-micron particle size distribution, programmable temperature ramps, and dual 200 gal PP tanks for process and finish tanks, among others. Our wet milling services, which utilize a 250 L grinding chamber and 125 hp main drive motors with VFD, allow us to achieve sub-micron particle size distribution.
